Aspirants Mentorship provides:

• Personalized UPSC exam mentorship
• Study planning and resource recommendations
• Progress tracking and academic guidance
• Access to mentors, study materials, and webinars

We reserve the right to modify, add, or discontinue services at our discretion.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and updated information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these Terms.

4. Fees and Payments

• Pay all applicable fees as displayed during checkout
• Provide accurate payment information
• Understand that all fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

Payment gateways are handled by trusted third parties. We are not liable for issues arising from their systems.

5. Code of Conduct

• Post or share false, abusive, or inappropriate content
• Impersonate others or provide misleading information
• Disrupt or interfere with the platform’s operations
• Attempt unauthorized access to other user accounts or data

Violations may result in suspension, termination, or legal action.

6. Intellectual Property

7. Mentor–Mentee Relationships

We provide mentorship guidance only. Our mentors do not guarantee job placement or official certification. Misuse of the relationship may result in removal from the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aspirants Mentorship shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages or loss of data, profits, or academic opportunities arising from platform use.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to any user who violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent/harmful activity, or misuses any part of the platform.

11. Governing Law
